1. It is recommended that the working life of the atomizer will be seriously affected after the atomizer is cleaned for at least 12 and a half months. When cleaning, use soft cloth with alcohol to gently wipe the shell and surface of the 12 atomizing plates. Do not use hard objects to clean the atomizing plates to avoid scratching the atomizing sheets.
2. The water quality will affect the service life of 12 atomizing plates, so it is recommended to use clean water.
3. After working for a long time (about 3000 hours), the service life of the 12 head atomizing plate will decline, and the atomization amount will be reduced. At this time, you can replace the atomization plate. Please contact the dealer or our company to purchase the atomization tablet and its supporting tool key.
The procedures for replacing the atomizer are as follows:
The power supply is cut off, and 12 atomizing plates are taken out of the water and placed for a while. After the water in the 12 atomizing plates is all flowing out, the spray chamber and the inner surface of the 12 atomizing plates are dried by dry cloth. Then, use the tool spoon to "counter clockwise" the pressure ring, remove the old energy exchange plate, and keep the atomization energy exchange plate cavity dry and clean. Install the new energy exchange plate with the front side upward and the reverse side downward, and screw the pressure ring clockwise.
