The principle of ultrasonic plastic welding is that the generator generates 20kHz (or 15KHz) high-pressure and high-frequency signals, which are converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration through energy exchange system, and applied to the plastic products workpiece. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the interface of the workpiece melts rapidly, and then When the vibration stops, the workpiece is cooled and shaped under a certain pressure at the same time, and then the welding is achieved.
