Attention to the use of ultrasonic energy fusion transducer:
1, the frequency of the ultrasonic transducer, the amplitude lever
and the tool head should be matched. In general, the frequency of
the horn and the tool head should be slightly lower than the
transducer frequency; the connection surface should ensure the
vertical and peaceful integrity, and the torque should be
appropriate.
2, the welding of ultrasonic transducer electrode should be
reliable and covered with damping glue.
3, the temperature of the ultrasonic transducer should be below 60
C. the input power should be lower than the rated power.
Ultrasonic waves are transformed into mechanical vibrations through
transducers. The characteristics of transducers depend on material
selection and manufacturing process. The performance and service
life of transducers of the same size and shape are very different.
The commonly used high-power ultrasonic transducer is used in
ultrasonic plastic welding machine, ultrasonic metal welding
machine, various handheld ultrasonic tools, continuous working
ultrasonic emulsifier, atomizer, ultrasonic engraving machine and
so on. Commonly used products such as 15KHz 20KHz 28KHz 35KHz 40KHz

kinds of needs.
Application:
Ultrasonic transducer,ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic horn
constitute a whole ultrasonic system.The applications of ultrasonic
welding are extensive and are found in many industries including
electrical and computer,automotive and aerospace, medical and
packaging. Whether two items can be ultrasonically welded is
determined by their thickness. If they are too thick ,this process
will not join them. This is the main obstacle in the welding of
metals. However, wires,microcircuit connections,sheet
metal,foils,ribbons and meshes are often joined using ultrasonic
welding. Ultrasonic welding is a very popular technique for bonding
thermoplastics. It is fast and easily automated with weld times
often below one second and there is no ventilation system required
to remove heat or exhaust.
• Converter: converters the electrical signal into a mechanical
vibration;
• Booster: modifies the amplitude of the vibration. It is also used
in standard systems to clamp the stack in the press;
• Generator: applies the mechanical vibration to the parts to be
welded.
